BNY Mellon Privacy Notice for Wealth Online My Wealth Users

BNY Mellon partners with Plaid Inc (“Plaid”) to provide our Wealth Online users with access to My Wealth, a service which allows users to link their external financial accounts for online viewing through the portal. By utilizing the My Wealth services you acknowledge and agree that the terms of Plaid’s Privacy Policy (plaid end user privacy policy) will govern Plaid's use of such information, and you expressly agree to the terms and conditions of Plaid's Privacy Policy. Further, you expressly grant Plaid the right, power, and authority to access and transmit your information as reasonably necessary for Plaid to provide the My Wealth service to you. To the extent you previously utilized My Wealth on or before December 3, 2021, such account linking and aggregations services were provided by Quovo, Inc., and your continued use of the My Wealth service will evidence your authorization for Quovo, Inc. to transmit any information or data arising out of those services to Plaid so that Plaid can continue to offer you the My Wealth services
