Elizabeth White is Vice President, Senior HR Business Partner for BNY Mellon Wealth Management. In this role, she is responsible for driving direction for the organization around talent management, retention, performance and development. Elizabeth has more than 16 years of experience leading human resources efforts at financial services organizations.
Prior to her current role, Elizabeth held a variety of senior HR positions at BNY Mellon, including Vice President, Global HR Lead Advisor in Investment Management, and HR Business Partner, in Wealth Management. She also was a Senior Recruiter in the Investment Management division. Before joining BNY Mellon, Elizabeth was a Recruiter at WilmerHale LLP, and a Senior Staffing Consultant and Staffing Administrator at Fidelity Investments.
Elizabeth earned a bachelor of arts in psychology from Saint Michael’s College. She is a member of the Dana Farber Leadership Council.
