Interest-Only Mortgage Financing

Construction to Permanent Mortgage Financing

Mortgage Loan Modification

Mortgage Pre-Approval Program

Mortgage Interest: 90-Day Rule

  • Hybrid Mortgage Solution

Combine two mortgage products into one closing, resulting in a lower blended rate and improved cash flow. Additionally, gain the ability to manage interest rate risk. A hybrid mortgage solution is particularly attractive if you expect a future liquidity event, allowing you to customize your paydown strategy and better manage your cash flow.

  • 100% Mortgage Financing Option

Leverage the full value of your home by pledging qualified assets in lieu of a cash down payment with the use of our 100% Financing Option in combination with one of our jumbo mortgage programs.

  • Interest-Only Mortgage Financing

Take advantage of BNY Mellon Wealth Management’s interest-only financing feature to control your required cash flow levels. Clients who take advantage of interest-only payments may also receive incremental tax benefits while freeing up cash for other investments and opportunities.

  • Construction to Permanent Mortgage Financing

Gain convenience and flexibility through our construction-to-permanent financing offers. Our program requires only one closing with the ability to lock into the loan product and rate at the beginning of the process.

  • Mortgage Loan Modification

A Mortgage Loan Modification is an expedited alternative to refinancing. For a nominal fee, eligible Borrowers can opt to change the interest rate and/or product on their BNY Mellon, N.A. (“BNYM”) mortgage loan without having to re-underwrite the credit or re-appraise the home.

  • Mortgage Pre-Approval Program

Submit an application and get pre-approved for a mortgage prior to selecting a home for purchase with our Mortgage Pre-Approval Program. While a pre-approval is not a commitment to lend, it offers an indication that BNY Mellon may provide you with a mortgage once a suitable property has been found.

  • Mortgage Interest: 90-Day Rule

Homeowners who correctly structure their mortgage financing have an extremely valuable deduction available to them. If you recently purchased a home and did not take out a mortgage at the time of the closing, you may have a second chance to get it right but only if you act promptly.
