COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION (INCLUDING VIA COOKIES)

The Site permits you to contact us.  If you wish to contact us through the Site, we request that you provide us with certain personal information including your first name, last name, phone number, e-mail address and mailing address. Whenever you contact us through the Site, you may choose to include in the text of your message any additional information. For example, you may choose to provide your BNYM WM Advisory Services account number or other information necessary or helpful for us to address your query or other concern. Please note that if you provide us with the personal information of an individual other than yourself, you are representing to us that you have the consent of that individual or are otherwise authorized to do so.

BNYM WM Advisory Services may, in the future, seek financing, refinancing or insurance coverage, or sell or otherwise transfer some or all of its assets to a third party. We utilize reasonable security technologies to protect sensitive information. However, the security of this information depends in part on the security of the computer you use to communicate with us, the security you use to protect any User IDs and passwords you are required to create in order to access areas or features of the Site, and the security provided by your internet access services provider. We are not responsible for the security of your internet access services provider; you should review the security and privacy policies of your internet access services provider carefully. Information that you access via this Site may be stored on your computer during your session for your convenience. If others have access to your computer or your User ID and password, they may be able to access this information.
